In a recent Darpan Magazine article, Century Group unveiled 3 Civic Plaza – the first premium landmark hotel and condominium development in Surrey City Centre. “We are thrilled to be launching 3 Civic Plaza as we recognize the importance of furthering the development of Surrey’s emerging City Centre,” quoted Sean Hodgins, President of Century Group. Dianne Watts, Mayor of Surrey, concurred that 3 Civic Plaza will help bring her future visions of Surrey to life.

The video features Mayor Dianne Watts as well as the President of Century Group discussing whats sets 3 Civic Plaza apart from other developments in Surrey, such as the buildings unique and extensive amenities since it is a mixed-use hotel and residential project.

Recently 3 Civic Plaza was featured in The Now Newspaper as Surrey’s tallest building as well as the tallest building south of the Fraser. The President of Century Group, Sean Hodgins, was quoted saying 3 Civic Plaza will be the “best address in Surrey” and Mayor Dianne Watts termed the building an “iconic piece” for the city. The article discusses how 3 Civic Plaza will transform Surrey City Centre and contribute to the city’s evolution and growth in the coming years.

Mayor Diane Watts and Century Group recently unveiled 3 Civic Plaza, a new project set to go up in the heart of Surrey City Centre. Already being referred to as a ‘landmark’, the development which will be 517 feet high will be Surrey’s tallest building, and was designed by Cotter Architects. There is currently nothing like it south of the Fraser River which makes this a very exciting new project for Surrey.
