In a recent article in The Province, author Elaine O’Connor outlines all of the investments that have been pouring into Surrey City Centre recently as well as what other changes we can expect in the near future.
“A tale of two Surreys” reads the title of the article which, when you compare Whalley to Mayor Watt’s incredible vision of the new City Centre, could not be more fitting. After months of anticipation, public sales for 3 Civic Plaza launched with fanfare on Saturday, May 25th. Excited buyers and curious visitors alike flocked to the Presentation Centre in Surrey City Centre to learn more about the project as well as get first choice of the residences now on sale.
It was a very successful sales launch with a healthy cross-section of inventory sold – including three of the five penthouses at record-setting prices for Surrey City Centre! To date, over 100 sales have been written and we continue to serve the buying public each day.
One of the highlights of the day was a visit from Surrey City Councillor Mary Martin who stopped by to show her support for 3 Civic Plaza and learn more about the project from Century Group President Sean Hodgins.
Overall, it was a great day for everyone involved. See below for a collection of photo highlights from this exciting event.
