The new pricing model also anticipates occupancy in 2017, which shows a 3% to 4% increase for most homes.
While this is excellent news for existing buyers, potential purchasers may end up paying more for the same product over the next 18 months, particularly the closer the project gets to completion and the quality and luxury will be more tangible to see and touch.
