Good News for Existing Buyers

It is always good news when sales go well. Although we did sell out of a number of floor plans this year, we still have a great selection of spacious suites available. Based on demand and current market conditions, 2016 will see some price adjustments to better reflect the quality and calibre offered at 3 Civic Plaza with its proximity to education, SkyTrain and the Marriott Autograph Collection hotel. The new pricing model also anticipates occupancy in 2017, which shows a 3% to 4% increase for most homes.

While this is excellent news for existing buyers, potential purchasers may end up paying more for the same product over the next 18 months, particularly the closer the project gets to completion and the quality and luxury will be more tangible to see and touch. If you know someone who is interested, but undecided, please invite them to arrange a private appointment with Joyce Li in the next few weeks.

Now that construction is well underway, we’ve moved our 3 Civic Plaza Presentation Centre to Century Group’s head office on the 25th Floor of Central City Tower.

The new marketing space features many of the same features as our Presentation Centre, including the architectural model, large touch screens displaying floor plans and builder blocks showcasing the two colour schemes offered. We still have a collection of great floor plans to choose from and we encourage interested parties to book an appointment to view the space, before they’re all gone.

Due to high traffic at our 3 Civic Plaza Presentation Centre, we are keeping it open until Sunday, March 8th! If you haven’t had a chance to view the two residential display suites and the two new hotel suites designed for Marriott International’s Autograph Collection, then visit our Presentation Centre before it’s too late.

The Presentation Centre is located at 10277 King George Boulevard (between 102 and 104 Avenue) in Surrey City Centre. We’re open daily from 1 pm – 6 pm (closed Friday) or by appointment.

After March 8th, tours may be booked to view our 3 Civic Plaza marketing space inside Century Group’s office at Central City Tower. To book an appointment to view the marketing space, please contact Joyce Li at 604 763-5156 or at Info@3CivicPlaza.ca.
